Cocktail Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon white figs marmalade

2 cl. Pacharan Panizo (Sloe Brandy)

2 cl. Herbal Liqueur Panizo

2 cl. Honey Liqueur Panizo

2 cl. Lychee Juice

2 cl. Pasteurized Egg White

Cocktail Preparation:

Introduce all ingredients in a shaker in the order specified above, add ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds.

Pour into the cup, previously cooled, by double strainer.

Decoration will be half from the shell of a lychee with a part of its pulp, held by a small wooden caliper.
