The next Monday, January 14 the deadline for barman and professional sommeliers in Spain to present their formulations the IV National Competition organized by Marc Cocktails Zamora opening Panizo Orujos signature. The bases are now available from their website www.orujospanizo.com. The final, to be attended by the authors of the 10 best formulations shortlisted by the Jury, will take place in the Hall of Gourmets, Madrid, April 9.

The next Monday, January 14 opens the deadline for barman and professional sommeliers in Spain squeeze your imagination to make the best cocktail pomace. An event which this year celebrates its fourth edition. The competition consists of two phases: a selection of formulas of the 10 best cocktails and a final phase to be held within the Hall of Gourmets, the afternoon of April 9, from which the winner will combined.

 

 

 

The cocktail can be the appetizer, digestive or long drink form, at the option of the contestant, which this year will fill your registration form, with your personal data and the formula of his cóctel- directly on the website of the distillery to compete .

 

The competition has three awards: 2000 € cash for the winning cocktail, and 1000 € and 500 € for the second and third place respectively.

 

 

 

In previous editions of the competition, whose end came several champions of Spain barman, the winners were Eduardo Barrios, with his cocktail "Tripanizo" (a cocktail made with herbs husk, coffee husk, Marc cream, cream and slices chocolate), Emilio Vivanco with his cocktail "Duo Panizo" (prepared by combining herbal liqueur, Marc Verdejo, lime juice, syrup put me see you and strawberry puree) and Emilio Gea with his cocktail "Perfect Morujito" (ingredients: Morujito, Marc Limon, Marc Verdejo, lime juice and sugar). Professionals showed that with a product as Spanish as brandy, in any of its varieties can be made delicious cocktails and typical Spanish.
